Pasteurization: Pasteurization refers to the process of heating a liquid to a certain temperature for a certain period of time to kill microorganisms that may cause disease, spoilage, or unwanted fermentation.
The working principle is: within a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature, the slower the bacterial reproduction; The higher the temperature, the faster the reproduction, but the temperature is too high, the bacteria will die. Pasteurization is actually the use of pathogens are not very heat-resistant characteristics, with appropriate temperature and holding time treatment, to kill them all. However, after pasteurization, a small number of harmless or beneficial, more heat-resistant bacteria or bacterial spores are still preserved, so pasteurization is not a “ full sterile” process.
Hot filling: Juice teas are usually filled at high temperature. This filling method is economical and reliable. Hot filling requires the liquid to be maintained at 86-95 degrees Celsius after ultra-high temperature sterilization, and the filling is finished in a very short time. And the tea, the beverage should be filled to the mouth, until the bag is full. In this way, there is little residual air in the bag, and the beverage itself will not be oxidized, so as to ensure the quality of the beverage.
Steam sterilization:
Steam sterilization is to place the product to be sterilized in a closed pressurized sterilization pot. By heating, the water in the sterilization pot compartment boils and generates steam. When the water steam rapidly drives out the cold air in the pot from the exhaust valve, and then closes the exhaust valve, continue heating. The temperature above 100℃ is obtained, which leads to the solidification and denaturation of the bacteria protein and achieves the purpose of sterilization.
High-temperature autoclave sterilization:
It is named after the utensil used for processing (i.e. the autoclave). The autoclave can withstand extremely high pressures and is essentially an autoclave.
After the items are packed and sealed, move to the high temperature sterilization pot and fill the heating medium around the package.
The operating temperature of heating high temperature sterilization is significantly higher than the boiling point of the item, usually around 121°C. To achieve this temperature, the vapor or water must be under very high pressure (about 105 kilopascals above atmospheric pressure).
BAOLAI packaging (cooking retort pouch bag) is suitable for the packaging of bone soup, sauce, milk, juice, pet food, meat, ready-to-eat products. And can withstand high temperature, there will not be any danger of exploding bags, and no odor after high temperature. If you need any samples, please contact us info@baolaifactory.com
